On the Set
Here are some on the set photos of some of the cast of Prison Break from back in September, thanks to Geo for sending this in! I don’t think Michael is in any of these photos though.

Michael Rapaport stars as a metermaid who thinks he has superpowers in “Special” but this is not your average superhero movie. Rappaport, who recently starred in the TV Sitcom “The War at Home”, as well stints on ”My Name is Earl” and ”Prison Break”, completed this movie back in 2006 and is gratified it is finally seeing the light of day. He spoke to Paul Fischer in this exclusive interview.
Question: So, what attracted you to this particular project?
Rapaport: You know, I read the script, and just really immediately fell in love with the script, and the character. And I was really taken by it. And then I just felt like I related to him on an emotional level. And then it was – I met with the directors, and jumped on board.
Question: From what extent did you identify with this character on an emotional level?
Rapaport: I just related to the insecurity. And I related to the – you know, the loneliness and for that yearning for things to be better than they are. I also just related to the sort of end beat, which was that there are no – you know, life is life, and it just is what it is. And there’s nothing grand, or over-the-top about it for most people. It’s just – you know, you go about your day. You live your life. You try to make it the best it can be. And you go back to sleep, and you wake up, and you do it again the next day.
Prison Break star Wentworth Miller sports a bright red pair of shorts and casual New Balance sneakers as he grabs two coffee drinks — one hot, one cold — at Starbucks in Los Angeles on Friday morning.
The 36-year-old actor kept hidden underneath a gray Under Armour hoodie. Looks like he just came from a nice work-out or going to one!
A new episode of Prison Break (”Deal Or No Deal”) airs this Monday @ 9PM ET/PT on FOX. Michael must hold the team together after they are betrayed by one of their own. T-Bag gets a new partner who blackmails Gretchen into finding a buyer for Scylla.
Here’s a look at Ep.4×13, “Deal or No Deal.” Enjoy!
The South African magazine Heat just released their Hot 100, a popular poll that rates stars from across the world on hotness.
No surprise: Wentworth Miller came in at #5. Not bad, Went!
Went got beat out by Ryk Neethling (South African swimmer), Jessica Alba, and Angelina Jolie, as far as I know. I haven’t been able to find the full list.
4.14 “Just Buisness”
While the gang continues to match wits and blows with Self and Gretchen for control of Scylla (and with the Company in hot pursuit), Mahone enlists the aid of former FBI colleagues Lang and Wheeler (Barbara Eve Harris, Jason Davis). Meanwhile, Sara raises the dosage of the drug she’s giving Michael to counter the effects of his brain tumor, and T-Bag continues to hold Gretchen’s daughter and sister prisoner. But T-Bag tells Gretchen’s sister: “I’m as much a prisoner as you.”
Hope you all enjoyed last night’s episode, “Selfless.” If you’re like Gina from BuddyTV, you’re still full of questions about Don Self.
Check out her episode review and take her poll: Do you think Don is working with The Company?
Could Fox be shutting the doors on Prison Break—without any plan for future escape?
The Hollywood Reporter says the series might be coming to an end, because word is there might be two more episodes this season, which could be an attempt to wrap up storylines and send Wentworth Miller and Dominic Purcell on their merry way.
So what is the real story? Is Prison Break really on the way out?
We’ve checked in with the network, the studio and inside sources for exactly where things stand…
Yes, it’s true Fox is considering an additional two hours for the current 22-episode season four of Prison Break.
However, according to our sources, the reason for this two-hour boost might not be the doom-and-gloom series cancellation projected by the Reporter.
“Fox was very happy with how the 24 movie turned out and they are interested in us doing something similar,” a source who works on the show tells us.
So what exactly is the purpose of that proposed two-hour PB event, and what would it be about? Sources are staying tight-lipped for now, as details are still being hammered out, but I can tell you that these two additional hours would not impact the planned storylines for season four. We should have more news for you on that later this week.
In the meantime, we’re told:
* The studio that produces the show is looking into the possibility of making an extra two hours of Prison Break.
* The network has not yet agreed to buy and/or air those two hours, if they are indeed created by the studio. * The network has already ordered 22 episodes of season four.
*The winter finale airs Dec. 22, and then the show will return in the spring to finish out the 22-episode order with a six-episode miniseason.
The ratings for PB have slipped a little with each consecutive season, dropping to about 6.4 million viewers this season. Still, I know many of you remain fans (and will be watching every night at 9 p.m.). So what do you think? Would you rather see a two-hour event that is simply a bonus to season four, or a series finale?
