I heard that Fox is not going to air the extra two episodes of Prison Break. Please tell me if this is true or not! — Liz
MATT: First, a little background for those just passing by: Prison Break returns Friday, April 17, with six episodes that will wrap up the series in a tidy (if bloodstained) bow. Beyond that, 20th Century Fox TV is independently producing an additional two hours that could serve as a standalone "event" à la 24: Redemption. The Fox network has yet to commit to airing those hours, but if PB ends with a bang, you can bet they’ll find room on the schedule. Who will appear in the standalone story, you (didn’t exactly) ask? Pretty much anyone left breathing at the end of May — plus Jodi Lyn O’Keefe’s Gretchen.

Wentworth Miller took second place as TV’s Sexiest Male Character according to a recent poll conducted by the Hallmark Channel!
Taking the top spot was David Tennant’s Time Lord in Doctor Who.
Anna Friel’s Chuck in Pushing Daisies was named TV’s Sexiest Female Character, and Eva Longoria from Desperate Housewives came in second.
The recipe for sexiness in a TV character was thought to include charisma (38%), looking great (36%) and not playing by the rules (12%).
According to a recent post on , it looks like US PRison Break fans may not be watching the two hour extra footage for the season finale.
According to Preston Beckman, who is in charge of primetime scheduling for FOX TV broadcasting network …
“We wanted to end the show after 16 episodes this season and not bring it back for six additional episodes. That was the plan. There was pressure put on us by our studio to make an additional 6 episodes. We at the network said that we could not bring the show back on Monday and that we would have to find a place for them on another night and that would be an insult to the fans. It was not our intent to make the six additional episodes.
Finally when we agreed to the additional 6 we were not aware of another two hour “finale” that the studio decided to make.
We told them we had a plan for the final 6 episodes and did not need another two hours and to be honest we do not plan on airing it. I can tell you that the six hours that we air in April and May will have a conclusion and that the additional two hours will not further the story beyond the conclusion that will air on FOX. ”
What are your thoughts? I just hope this isn’t true, that means we wont see the ‘possible’ future of MiSa married with a baby!!

“Nothing that’ll really surprise you. I mean, it’s Prison Break — you kinda figure people are gonna die (like, several of ‘em). Aside from that, a few past characters are gonna resurface (including C-Note and Sofia), and the Company is gonna get shut down. (Yay!) Hey, on second thought, this might titillate you: Apparently, Michael is smacked with a Sophie’s choice and has to decide whether to save Lincoln’s head or Sara’s. And since she’s already lost hers once… ”
I’m hoping that Michael saves both, but I wouldn’t be surprised if Lincoln dies by the end of the series.

03/12/09: Filming near El Segundo and Prairie Ave, Hawthorne, CA.
03/03/09-03/11/09: Filming at Paradise Cove in Malibu, CA.
02/25/09-02/26/09: Filming at the Fred C. Nelles Youth Correctional Facility, 11850 E Whittier Blvd, Whittier, CA.
News has just been released that Episode 4.17 and 4.18 will be airing on the same night as a two hour episode, starting at 8/7 central
